Within its competence, the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports issues approval for the export and import of works of art and antiques.
The regulations under which approval for the export and import of works of art and antiques is issued are:
- Decision on the Classification of Goods into Export and Import Regimes (“Official Gazette of BiH”, No. 22/98, 30/02 and 40/02);
- Instruction on the Issuance of Permits for the Export and Import of Works of Art and Antiques (“Official Gazette of BiH”, No. 41/02);
- Rulebook on the Procedure for Granting Approval for the Issuance of Permits for the Export and Import of Works of Art and Antiques.
